This video is about the people, places and events in Singapore.
As a timelapse photography enthusiast, my videos are usually focused on architecture and scenery.
Making the change from “cityscape” to “people and events” took some time and practice, paying close attention to participants and anticipating movements and facial expressions.
With assistance from friends, I was fortunate to have access to some interesting events and recorded the people and activities for this video.
In this compilation video, you will find scenes from old Dakota Estate, Rochor Centre, Marina Bay, St Andrew’s Cathedral, Universal Studios Singapore and performers from Lao Sai Tao Yuan (Teochew Opera), Chingay and cosplayers at STGCC.
There are also scenes from Thaipusam, Deepavali celebrations at Little India, Mad About Singapore (photo exhibition), River Festival, Night Festival and Car Free Sunday.
